Cancellation Policy

No-Call No-Show Cancellation Policy: I strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that all my clients have a positive experience. To maintain a high level of professionalism and accommodate all valued clients, I have implemented a No-Call No-Show Cancellation Policy. This policy is in place to protect the time and livelihood of my business. 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the vacant appointment slot to another client who may be on the waiting list. 2. No-Call No-Show: A no-call no-show occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying me beforehand. In such cases, the following policies will be enforced: a. First Offense: A warning will be issued, and I will do my best to accommodate the client with a rescheduled appointment. b. Second Offense: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the client's account. This fee compensates for the lost time and the lost opportunity to serve another client. c. Third Offense: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the client's account. This fee compensates for lost time, the lost opportunity to serve another client, and the inconvenience caused. 3. Exemptions: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, contact me as soon as possible to explain the situation. I will handle such cases on an individual basis and may waive the no-call no-show fees at discretion. Please note that consistent no-call no-show incidents may result in the termination of the client-stylist relationship.
